Ключово законодателство
Loi du 13 juin 2025 visant à sortir la France du piège du narcotrafic
Drug trafficking / organised crime / security2025
Anti-narcotrafic law adopted before Nuñez took office but whose implementation he leads as Interior Minister. It created a national anti-organised-crime command structure, gave prefects new prerogatives (e.g. appearance bans, shop closures) and underpinned the creation of a national prosecution office for organised crime (Pnaco) modelled on the counter-terrorism framework, installed at the start of 2026.
Значение: Nuñez has called the fight against drug trafficking his 'absolute priority' and oversees the law's rollout; he was audited by the Senate on its application.
Projet de loi sur la sécurité du quotidien (planned)
Everyday public security2026
A dedicated 'everyday security' bill announced by Nuñez to be presented before summer 2026, targeting urban rodeos, nitrous oxide misuse, illegal raves, fireworks misuse, refusals to comply (refus d'obtempérer), violence in sport and related issues, with hardened sanctions and reinforced administrative police powers.
Значение: His second stated priority alongside narcotrafic; reflects his security-focused agenda as a former prefect.
